Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of Listopia, the gift list application available at listopia.fr and published by Stedi Consulting (see the legal notice).

By using Listopia, you accept these Terms in full.

Listopia is a free service allowing:

• Create collaborative gift lists
• Share these lists with your loved ones via a unique link
• Allow members to reserve gifts to avoid duplication
• Manage multiple lists and members within a single space

Listopia is accessible without registration, free of charge and without advertising. An optional account (email, Google or Apple) lets you access your lists on multiple devices. Anyone under 15 needs a parent’s consent to create one.

Group contributions: A Listopia group contribution records the amounts each participant enters. Listopia does not collect, hold or transfer any money: participants settle payments directly with one another, under their own responsibility.

Member secret code: The application requests it before adding, modifying or deleting the member's gifts, to avoid changes by mistake. It is not a security measure: it does not guarantee that a person with the link cannot modify the list, and it does not render the list invisible to those who have the link.

3.1. Conditions of access

The service is available free of charge to anyone who has:

• Internet access
• A recent web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• A compatible device (computer, smartphone, tablet)

3.2. Availability

Listopia strives to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, the service may be interrupted for:

• Technical maintenance
• Updates
• Force majeure
• Server or network failure

Listopia cannot be held responsible for service interruptions.

4.1. Authorized use

You agree to use Listopia in a manner consistent with its purpose:

• Creating personal or family gift lists
• Sharing with your loved ones only
• Compliance with existing laws
• Respect for other users

4.2. Prohibited use

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the service for commercial or advertising purposes
• Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, alter or damage the service
• Using automated robots, scripts or tools
• Deliberately overload the servers
• Collect data from other users
• Impersonate another person
• Publish copyrighted content without permission

4.3. Sanctions

If these Terms are not followed, Listopia reserves the right to:

• Delete Inappropriate Content
• Block access to a list
• Report to the competent authorities in case of illegal content

5.1. Your responsibility

You are entirely responsible for the content you add to Listopia:

• List names
• Titles and descriptions of gifts
• Uploaded images
• Links to external sites

You guarantee that this content:

• Does not break any law
• Does not infringe third party rights
• Is not offensive or inappropriate

5.2. Images

You agree to upload only images that you own the rights to or that are royalty-free.

Listopia cannot be held liable for images uploaded by users.

5.3. External links

The links you add point to third-party sites.

Listopia has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content.

5.4. Affiliate Links

6.1. Property of Listopia

All elements of the Listopia website (design, code, logo, name) are the exclusive property of Stedi Consulting, the publisher of Listopia.

Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

6.2. Your content

You retain all the rights to the content you add (texts, images).

Using the service, you grant Listopia a non-exclusive license to:

• Store your content on our servers
• Display it to people who have access to your list

This license ends when you delete your content.

Creating a list and reserving a gift require neither an account nor an email address. If you create an account, write to us or provide a recovery email address, we use this data solely to operate the service, without advertising or resale.

8.1. Service provided "as is"

Listopia is provided free of charge "as it is", without any guarantee of any kind.

Listopia does not guarantee that the service will be:

• Uninterrupted or error-free
• Free of viruses or other harmful components
• Meets your specific needs

8.2. Data loss

Although we do everything we can to secure your data, Listopia cannot be held responsible:

• Loss of data in the event of technical failure
• Loss of your access link to a list
• Accidental deletion of content by you or other members

Tip: Save your important links and make screenshots if necessary.

8.3. Third-party content

Listopia cannot be held responsible:

• Content added by users
• External sites to which links point
• Accuracy of Gift Prices or Descriptions

Listopia reserves the right to:

• Change, suspend or discontinue service at any time
• Add or Remove Features
• Amend these Terms

Important changes will be notified on the site.

Listopia may amend these Terms at any time.

The current version is the one published on this page.

Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will be the only ones competent.
