Listopia is hosted in France by VeryCloud; pages are delivered by Cloudflare and accounts are managed by Supabase.

The Listopia server (application and PostgreSQL database) is hosted in France by VeryCloud.

3.2. Website delivery and protection

The pages of listopia.fr are delivered and protected against attacks by the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (phone: +1 888 993 5273).

3.3. User accounts

Optional account creation and login (email, Google or Apple) are managed by Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513. Details of the processed data are contained in our Privacy Policy.

When a gift added to a list points to a partner merchant, Listopia automatically replaces its link with an affiliate link to the same page: the product and price remain the same. Links to non-partner merchants are not changed. Listopia participates in the following programs:

• Amazon EU Associates Programme : as an Amazon Associate, Listopia earns from qualifying purchases;
• Awin ;
• Effinity (formerly Effiliation).

On Listopia’s gift idea pages, affiliate links are disclosed before the first retailer link.

Listopia displays no advertising and sells no data: these commissions fund the hosting and development of the service.

The website’s texts, visuals, logos and code are the property of Stedi Consulting, unless stated otherwise. “Listopia” is a trade name operated by Stedi Consulting. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

The lists, gifts, images and links added by users remain under their responsibility (see the General conditions of use).

Fonts: Raleway and Archivo, distributed under license SIL Open Font License and hosted on our servers.

Creating a list and reserving a gift require neither an account nor an email address. You may create an account (email, Google or Apple) to find your lists on multiple devices. Listopia sets no cookies and measures website usage without cookies.

The lists are written by their users. To report manifestly illegal content, write to us via the contact form giving the list URL, the content concerned and the reason for the report. We review every report and promptly remove any unlawful content.

Gifts on a list link to retailer websites chosen by users. Listopia does not control these websites and is responsible neither for their content, prices nor deliveries: the sale is concluded directly between you and the retailer.

These legal statements are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts are competent.
